Crock-Pot Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage
1 chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
12 oz. cottage cheese
1 small jar Prego spaghetti sauce
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. basil
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 lb. broken lasagne noodles
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown meats and drain; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cook noodles until tender; drain.
Toss with 2 tablespoons of oil.
Add to other ingredients in crock-pot and mix.
Cook on high for 1 hour, then on low for 2 hours or cook for 4 hours on low.
