Coconut Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 1/3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
    2 pie shells (unbaked)
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour; add eggs and stir in vanilla. Melt butter and add to mixture. Fold in coconut and milk and mix well. Pour mixture into unbaked shells. Bake in preheated 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
