Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 c. nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
2 egg whites, beaten to soft peak stage
1 can evaporated milk, chilled and whipped to soft peak stage
Preparation

With electric mixer, whip the sugar and yogurt together; add vanilla and lemon.
Fold in beaten egg whites and whipped milk. Turn into individual sherbet dishes and freeze.
