Reuben Sandwiches(Open Faced) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pumpernickel bread
New York style corned beef (from delicatessen)
sauerkraut
Swiss cheese
Thousand Island dressing
Preparation

Toast 1 slice bread for each sandwich.
Spread with Thousand Island dressing.
Top with slices of corned beef, then well drained sauerkraut, adding more dressing between meat and sauerkraut.
Top with slices of Swiss cheese.
Place on cookie sheet and bake in oven at 450\u00b0 until hot.
