Family Favorite Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. boiled shrimp
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
3/4 c. raw rice
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. curry powder
1 can tomato soup
1 c. heavy cream
1/3 c. cooking sherry
1 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Marinate shrimp in oil and lemon juice for 2 hours. Cook rice about half done. Saute peppers and onions in butter very slowly for 15 minutes. Mix all ingredients. Pour into casserole. Top with almonds and bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
