Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. lard
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 lb. flour
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. lukewarm water
    1 pkg. yeast or 1 Tbsp. loose yeast
Preparation
    Cream lard, sugar, salt and beat egg slightly.
    Add to flour and hot water.
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Use enough flour to make a soft dough, about 2 pounds or 1 1/2 quarts.
    Makes 2 dozen rolls.
