Million Dollar Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. white sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 sticks butter
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Boil sugar, butter and milk together for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips and marshmallow cream.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add nuts if desired.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 11-inch pan.
    When cold, cut into squares. Yields 5 pounds.
