Passover Dairy Lasagna * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 clove garlic, minced or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    3 to 4 whole matzo
    milk
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1/2 lb. Muenster cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In medium bowl, beat eggs.
    Add cottage cheese, salt, pepper and garlic.
    Mix well; wet matzo with milk until moist, not soggy.
    Pour a little sauce in bottom of 8 x 8-inch baking pan. Layer remaining ingredients, alternating, matzo, cheese, tomato sauce and Muenster cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Let rest 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6.
