Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. summer squash (6) or medium zucchini, sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 large tomatoes, chopped or 2 c. canned tomatoes
Preparation
    Add vegetables to butter along with brown sugar and salt. Cook 5 minutes.
    Place squash in greased casserole and stir in vegetable mixture.
    Cover top with bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
