Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except blueberries and mix at medium speed until smooth. Gently fold in the blueberries.
    Grease muffin tins, even the top, and fill with batter.
    Sprinkle the tops with granulated sugar.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 minutes and then turn oven down to 350\u00b0 for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 large muffins.
