Country Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped pepper
    2 c. cooked chicken or any meat
    2 c. hominy or whole kernel corn
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. sliced squash
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Place oil in hot saucepan.
    Add onion, pepper and squash. Saute for 2 minutes, stirring lightly.
    Add chicken, hominy or corn and water.
    Cover with lid; steam an additional 2 minutes. Add soy sauce; stir lightly.
    Serve.
