Potatoes Marcroft - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, cooked
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Cook potatoes, cool, peel, grate then set aside.
Mix the next five ingredients.
Add mixture to potatoes and mix well. Pour into lightly buttered 13 x 9 inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
