Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 9 slices bread, cubed
    1 lb. sausage
    8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 (12 oz.) cans evaporated milk
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place bread in oiled pan.
    Brown sausage; drain and place on bread.
    Add cheese.
    Mix eggs, mustard and 2 1/2 cups evaporated milk and pour over cheese.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Add soup and remaining evaporated milk.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours in preheated oven at 300\u00b0.
