Impossible Crabmeat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
2 c. milk
1 c. biscuit mix
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of nutmeg

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in greased 10-inch pie plate. Combine milk and remaining ingredients in blender container or with a mixer.
Process until smooth.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
