Creamy Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can spinach
    2 c. light sour cream
    1 (1.4 oz.) pkg. dry vegetable soup mix
    1/4 c. light mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Drain spinach, reserving 2 tablespoons of liquid.
    Combine liquid, sour cream, soup mix and mayonnaise.
    Stir in spinach and chestnuts.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Serve with crackers, bread or vegetables.
