Garden Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 can LeSueur peas
    1 can Shoepeg corn
    1 can French cut green beans
    1 small jar chopped pimento
Preparation
    Drain vegetables well.
    Mix sugar, vinegar, oil and pepper together, heat to a boil (make sure sugar is dissolved).
    Cool. Pour over remaining ingredients.
    Refrigerate overnight.
