Chicken Tarragon - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
1 pkg. Lipton onion-mushroom soup mix
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1 c. water
1/2 c. dry white wine (cooking wine)
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. heavy cream
Preparation

In large skillet, heat oil and brown chicken; drain.
Add Lipton mix and tarragon, blended with water and wine.
Simmer, covered, 45 minutes or until tender.
Remove chicken to serving platter and keep warm.
Into skillet, stir in flour blended with cream.
Bring to boiling point, then simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened, about 5 minutes.
Serve sauce over chicken.
