Escalloped Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 to 3/4 c. cracker crumbs (crumbled coarsely)
milk or cream, about 1 qt.
1 c. oysters
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix in buttered baking dish.
Use more cream for richer dish. Canned oysters may be used for part of oysters; improves the flavor.
Mixture should be very soupy with milk or cream.
