Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans of mix vegetable, drained
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can French green beans
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. cheddar cheese
    Ritz Cracker crumbs
    1 stick of butter
    Water chestnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix vegetable, onion, beans, celery, mayonnaise and cheese. Place in casserole dish and cover with cracker crumbs.
    Melt stick of butter and drizzle over casserole.
    Add water chestnuts if desired.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
