Sonja And Sybil'S Red Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white rice
    14 1/2 oz. stewed tomatoes
    12 oz. tomato paste
    1 lb. diced smoked sausage
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 small diced onion
    1 lb. raw shrimp
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Wash rice and place in a large pot.
    Add all of the remaining ingredients; stir with a large fork until all are well mixed together.
    Cook for 1 hour without top on pot.
    Stir every 15 minutes until done.
    Serves 10 to 12.
