Skillet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. plain flour
4 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
9 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. cold water
Preparation

Sift into ungreased iron skillet the flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and sugar.
Make 3 holes in dry ingredients.
In first hole, add oil.
In 2nd hole, add vinegar.
In 3rd hole, add vanilla. Pour cold water over all.
Stir well.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Frost while warm.
