Roast And Golden Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sirloin roast (2 lb.)
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    6 or 8 potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 cans Campbell's golden mushroom soup
Preparation
    Put roast in big stainless steel pot.
    Put all ingredients on roast.
    Cover roast with 1 1/2 inches of water over ingredients. Cook at 150\u00b0 to 200\u00b0 overnight.
    Put mushroom soup in.
    Let cook for about 4 hours.
    Good for Sunday dinner after church.
    Good over rice.
    Stir soup in with roast.
