Oven Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. catsup
    1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Salt ribs; place in shallow roasting pan, meaty side up.
    Roast at 425\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
    Drain excess fat from pan.
    Pour sauce over ribs for 1 hour.
    (After the first 30 minutes, reduce heat to 400\u00b0.)
