Onions Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. Vidalia onions, drained and chopped
    4 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Mix onions, 3 1/2 cups cheese and remaining ingredients.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese on top. Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 12 people.
