Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2/3 c. Wesson oil
1 can cream-style corn
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. baking powder
2 hot peppers, seeded and chopped
1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
1 c. buttermilk
1 medium onion
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
Grease skillet.
Pour in half of dough and spread cheese on top.
Pour remainder of dough on top of cheese and then add the last of the cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
