Wilted Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lettuce, spinach or a combination
    4 slices bacon, cut up
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 qt. shredded greens
    1 tsp. salt
    2 green onions, chopped
    pepper
    1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Add vinegar and water.
    Heat.
    Combine greens, onions and seasoning.
    Pour hot mixture over greens; toss until wilted.
    Sprinkle egg on top.
