Baked Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. artificial sweetener
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    pinch of ground cloves
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 c. evaporated skim milk
    1/2 tsp. orange rind
    3 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Combine sweetener, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves.
    Stir in pumpkin.
    Add vanilla, milk, rind and egg whites; beat with mixer until smooth.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 325\u00b0 and bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 45 minutes.
