Creamed Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. half and half
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    dash of nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spinach; drain well.
    Melt butter; stir in flour and chopped onion.
    Cook, stirring often, until onion and flour are slightly browned.
    Slowly add half and half and chicken broth while stirring.
    Cook over low heat; continue stirring until sauce thickens.
    Add seasoning and spinach; mix thoroughly.
