Italian Pork Chops - cooking recipe

4 6 oz. center cut pork chops
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 15 oz. can tomato soup
1/2 c. water
1 small onion, sliced
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 8 oz. pkg. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 green bell pepper, sliced
Preparation

Brown chops in hot oil in large skillet over medium heat. Drain and remove chops from skillet.
Add tomato soup, water, and next six ingredients to skillet, stirring to combine. Return pork chops to skillet.
Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes or until pork chops are tender.
