Chicken Vito A La Nita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 diced onion
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    1 small jar Ragu chunky spaghetti sauce
    1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
    2 chopped Roma tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. crushed garlic
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Thinly slice and flour chicken.
    Saute in olive oil until edges are white.
    Turn pepper and brown other side.
    Put into baking dish.
