Persimmon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk (sweet)
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pour into well-oiled pans (I use clean coffee cans).
    Bake or steam at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Top with lemon sauce.
