Watercress Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. regular long grain rice
    1 c. loosely packed watercress leaves, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Put water and rice in 1 qt. saucepan and cook over high heat until boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until rice is tender and water is absorbed. Stir in watercress and serve.
