Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) box instant pudding (butter pecan)
    1 large Cool Whip
    2 qt. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs. Add sugar.
    Continue beating until thick and lemon colored. Add instant pudding mix and vanilla. Beat until mixed. Add Cool Whip, then 2 quarts of milk. You may add more milk if needed to fill freezer.
    Pour into freezer and freeze until hard.
