Spice Chiffon Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/4 Cups Sifted Soft Asilk Cake Flour
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
3 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 Tsp. Allspice
1/2 Tsp. Cloves
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
5 Egg Yolks, unbeaten
3/4 Cup Cold Water
1 Cup Egg Whites (7 or 8)
1/2 Tsp. Cream of Tartar
Preparation

In a bowl, sift first 8 ingredients together.
(Spoon cake flour lightly-do not peak.)
