Carrot-Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. unprocessed bran
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. honey
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. grated carrot
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. molasses
Preparation

Mix six dry ingredients in large bowl.
Combine all remaining ingredients in separate bowl.
Gradually add dry ingredients to this mixture, stirring just until moistened.
Fill 18 greased muffin tins 3/4 full.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
