Apricot Delight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. apricot Jell-O
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 small can drained pineapple
    2 bananas
    1 c. mini marshmallows
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg, beaten
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 pt. whipped cream
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O and water.
    When cool, add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows.
    Set in refrigerator.
    Mix pineapple juice, flour, sugar, butter and beaten egg.
    Heat until thick.
    Mix in softened cream cheese.
    Let cool but not hard.
    Beat 1 pint of whipped cream and fold into cooled mixture.
    Top over the jello mixture that has been congealed.
