Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. hot pepper
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. green and red bell pepper
1 bottle Certo
Preparation

Grind
peppers\ttogether.
Mix\twith sugar and vinegar. Cook 4 minutes.
Skim off top; cook 4 more minutes.
Let cool. Add Certo. Makes approximately 13 baby food jars.
