Yogurt-Cucumber Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cucumber, scrubbed and shredded with the skin on
    black pepper (optional)
    1 c. premium low-fat plain yogurt
    garlic salt or plain salt
Preparation
    Cucumber may be grated by hand or shredded with a food processor.
    Drain cucumber in a colander.
    Squeeze out excess liquid.
    Remove and discard any large pieces of skin left behind by the food processor.
