Chicken-Broccoli Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Betty Crocker sour cream 'n chives potatoes
    1 1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    3 c. water
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese (1/2 of a 6 oz. pkg.)
    1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon or 1 cube
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 c. cut up, cooked chicken
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except chicken and cheese in 3-quart saucepan.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
    Stir in chicken and cheese.
    Cover and cook until hot, about 5 minutes longer.
    Sprinkle with snipped parsley, if desired.
    Makes 6 servings.
