Grits Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. quick grits
1 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. water
2 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. margarine
1 roll sharp Cheddar cheese
1 roll garlic cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
Preparation

Cook grits, salt, water and milk until thick.
Add margarine and cheese.
Beat eggs and add to grits mixture.
Stir until cheese melts and no white grits show.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
