Light Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. Crisco
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. boiling water
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 eggs
    8 c. flour
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over Crisco, sugar and salt and cool to lukewarm.
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Beat eggs until creamy.
    Mix yeast, eggs and water.
    Stiffen with flour and knead on floured board until smooth and elastic.
    Put in greased bowl and let rise until double in bulk.
    Punch down once.
    Pan into rolls and let double in size.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
