Rabbit Ragout With Grit Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rabbit meat, boned and diced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. flour
    1 large carrot, diced
    1 piece celery root, diced
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 small onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. sour cream
    nutmeg
    1 bunch parsley
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Saute the onion in hot oil.
    Add the diced meat, saute briefly and then add the carrot, celery, salt and pepper.
    Saute together for 10 minutes.
    Pour over the soup stock and cook for about 30 minutes.
