Carolyn'S Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. red food color
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream oil and eggs; add sugar.
    Add food color, vanilla, white vinegar and buttermilk.
    Mix.
    Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa and salt.
    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan or 2 baking pans and bake for 45 minutes.
