Mickey'S Mystery Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. lite beer
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. ground rubbed sage
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
4 strips bacon

Preparation

Thoroughly blend all ingredients, except bacon.
Form into a loaf and place in shallow baking pan.
Cut bacon strips in half. Lay over top of the loaf.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 8.
