Ingredients

3 c. diagonal sliced carrots
2 Tbsp. oleo
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Boil carrots with a little salt until tender, drain.
In a small saucepan over low heat, blend oleo and brown sugar, ginger and lemon juice until sugar melts.
Toss carrots gently until coated in this mixture and serve hot.
Makes six servings.
