Pork Chop And Stuffing Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. dry bread cubes
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 c. water
    5 to 6 pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Combine bread cubes, onion, celery, salt, poultry seasoning and water in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Mix to combine.
    Arrange pork chops over stuffing.
    Spoon soup over chops.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Microwave 25 to 30 minutes or until chops are tender, turning the dish once.
