Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    sliced carrots
    celery
    onion
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown round steak in hot oil.
    Put into baking pan.
    Cover with sliced carrots, celery, onion, stewed tomatoes.
    Cover with foil making a few holes for steam to escape.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
    Remove foil, cover with grated cheddar cheese and place in oven till cheese melts.
