Lemon Basil Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp. dried basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
Preparation

Combine oil and next 7 ingredients in shallow baking dish. Add chicken, turning once to coat both sides. Refrigerate for 30 - 45 minutes, turning once.
Pan braise on top of stove. Simmer till done. Green peppers and onions can be added to the chicken while it is frying.
