Ingredients

1/2-inch round or shoulder steak
1 can brown mushroom gravy
1 can button mushrooms

Preparation

Cut excess fat from steak.
Flour steak and brown it lightly on both sides in butter.
Put steak in baking dish and pour gravy and mushrooms on top.
Cover and bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
