Fish Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    haddock or other fish
    milk
    flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    plain bread crumbs
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Soak the fish in milk for 1 hour.
    Dip the fish into the seasoned flour.
    Beat the eggs with 1/4 cup milk; add salt and pepper.
    Dip the fish in this mixture.
    Dip the fish in the bread crumbs.
    Fry the fish in hot oil.
    Brown it fast; turn it over. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
